Mikado Predator Territory Inline Pike Float Kit is a pre-assembled, ready-to-use terminal tackle setup designed specifically for predatory fishing using live or dead bait.
Specifications & Components
The kit simplifies rig setup by providing an all-in-one leader system that removes the guesswork from pike float rigging.
- Inline Design: Built around a sliding, central-axis 20g and 30g inline pike float. The inline profile allows line to flow smoothly through the center, minimizing tangles during casting and helping fish feel less resistance upon biting.
- High Visibility: Features a brightly colored high-vis antenna to ensure clear tracking across varying light conditions and long distances.
- Included Terminal Tackle: Pre-rigged with essential predator fishing components including a heavy-duty steel wire trace (to protect against razor-sharp pike teeth), premium treble hooks, appropriate swivels, rubber line stoppers, and a matching weight/sinker.
Applications
- Target Species: Optimized for Northern Pike, though highly effective for other large freshwater predators such as Zander.
- Method: Perfectly tuned for deep or shallow presentations using suspended deadbaits (like roach, herring, or mackerel) or lively baitfish near drop-offs and weed beds.
