In its simplest form, the Kubira Swim Shad can swim close to the surface and over weedbeds without difficulty, triggering violent attacks from pike that come out of hiding.
For deeper fishing, you can choose a drop shot to clip onto the broken head ring or replace the screw with a weighted screw of your choice, usually between 10 and 30g.
Its tapered profile and narrow paddle make it an efficient swimmer in fast or slow moving water. What's more, it emits vibrations that will appeal to the most fussy of predators: pike, pike-perch and catfish.
